Experience:
Maintain vendor data base Place purchase orders with vendors Follow up on purchase order release dates Expedite purchase orders of vendor and outside process deliveries Check vendor invoices for discrepancies before sending to accounting General office duties (filing, answer phone) Strong attention to detail and accuracy This position will interact with accounting, shipping, and customer service departments.
Must have Microsoft Office products knowledge.
Must have 5 years of office experience to be considered for this position.
