Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
At this position, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Working with sales and service departments; must be able to communicate well with co-workers, management and customers both on the telephone and in person - Schedule appointments and manage calendars and schedules - Ability to work independently as well as with others - Provide support to other team members as needed - Assist with office management tasks, such as organizing files and records
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; ,multi-tasking is important - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) - Experience with QuickBooks is a plus We offer $21.
