The ideal candidate should be someone who has a strong work ethic, a high level of professionalism and who possesses strong multitasking skills.
Duties General Duties:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls (heavy call volume) while providing basic information when needed.
Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area.
Perform general administrative duties.
Prepare and process correspondence and emails.
Distribute incoming mail and packages.
Billing.
Cash Receipts.
Requirements Prior experience preferred.
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
