We are a Philadelphia-based audio/visual company that specializes in live events.
Candidates with the following experience would be successful in this position:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred Working in a busy office environment Communicating with management Managing a given set of tasks on a daily basis Keeping an office organized Customer interaction on the phone and in person Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively A typical day would look like:
Answering the phone Answering emails Managing company reports Communicating with technicians Minor HR requests (days off, expense reports, onboarding) Assisting with executive leadership tasks Communication with our staff about updates Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Manage and organize office supplies and inventory Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager The values of person that would succeed in the position:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
