Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks accordingly to maximize productivity.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure their longevity and proper functioning.
Aid in the installation of various construction materials, such as pipes, scaffolding, and barriers.
Help with the demolition and removal of existing structures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given timeframes.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
