The ISR's role is dynamic and requires a proactive approach to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs, always striving for excellence in driving sales performance and maintaining strong Dealer relationships.
Below are the primary responsibilities categorized under key areas of focus, with the understanding that these may evolve as needed.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Past Due Balances:
Ensure PayGo asset lending is executed weekly.
Delinquent Accounts:
Assist Finance team with the suspension of delinquent epay terminals.
Dealer Orders:
Monitor Dealer orders to ensure they meet their weekly allocations, and redistribute unused allocations as needed.
VIP Engagement:
Communicate with assigned Dealers in accordance with their performance ranking:
Red - weekly Yellow - weekly Green - as needed Call Handling:
Answer incoming calls on the dedicated Inside Sales Support line.
Communication:
Regularly email appeals and asset lending files to Dealers and disseminate handset allocations to all Dealers or DISH.
System Navigation:
Help Dealers navigate DISH system issues (e.
g.
, appeals, RMAs, etc.
).
Credit and PayGo Program:
Work with Sales Director and Finance to assign credit terms or facilitate entry into the PayGo program.
Ownership Changes:
Coordinate ownership changes with DISH and VIP Sales Operations Documentation:
Utilize DocuSign to process onboarding and ownership changes.
Offboarding:
Submit offboard requests to ensure seamless termination of accounts internally and with epay.
Account Compliance:
Collect Certificates of Insurance (COI) for all Doors as per DISH requirements and house them internally.
Project Stop Sign:
Make commercially reasonable efforts to assist in the removal of Boost signage from closed doors (SFIDs) previously operated by Dealers that are no longer authorized Boost Dealers.
Chargeback Resolutions:
Hold discussions with affected Dealers to resolve chargeback issues.
New Openings:
Submit ROIs for any new Boost Exclusive store opening.
SALES AND TRAINING Performance Metrics:
Regularly analyze the metrics of assigned Dealers and conduct meetings with outliers to improve DDP Scorecard.
Training:
Educate Dealers on various DISH initiatives (e.
g.
, Autopay, ACP, Boost Protect, MNO loading, etc.
) Fraud Identification:
Identify and act upon potential fraud activities and implement corrective behaviors with affected Dealers.
Compliance:
Address store violations promptly to eliminate or minimize financial implications.
EXPANSION AND RELOCATION Ownership Changes:
Facilitate ownership changes in coordination with local Boost staff.
Store Relocation:
Assist Dealers in identifying and relocating non-profitable locations.
New Openings and Remodels:
Coordinate new store openings and remodels with local Boost staff.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service:
Provide service excellence to drive Dealer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on new Boost Mobile and DISH products and services to provide accurate information to Dealers.
Market Analysis:
Regularly gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for expanding customer base or increasing sales.
Report Generation:
Generate and share weekly and monthly sales reports with the Sales Director and Finance team for review.
