The ability to constantly move throughout the diner and patio to clean tables, chairs, and floors The capacity to work quietly, quickly, and thoroughly with sanitation being your #1 focus Observational skills to maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restock paper goods Honesty and integrity while bussing tables Composure to fill bus tubs gently to not disturb nearby Guests or damage dishes Organizational skills to maintain a clean dish area when stacking plates and glassware You may also have:
Experience as a Busser in a fast-paced work environment Working experience communicating with Hosts and Managers via headsets in order to effectively manage the dining room turns The understanding of when to help Servers pre-bus tables The observational skills to monitors adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies A commitment to ensuring that outside of the diner is clean and free of debris.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
