Prepare and display food items as needed each day (i.

, coffee, and other beverage items, hot buffet items, fruits, pastries, cereals, spreads, etc.
) Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment Maintain close interaction with staff and guests to ensure guest satisfaction Prepare and serve food using safe food handling and storage guidelines Appropriately package any food items to be used the following day Inventory food and beverages supplies as needed each day Perform other duties as assigned by Management Details:
Day shift hours.
Some weekends and holidays are required.
Frequently lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 pounds Frequent pushing/pulling of housekeeping and laundry carts Frequently standing and moving about the facility Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility Able to work alone as well as being a team member Must be able to pass a pre-employment DRUG TEST and BACKGROUND CHECK.
This position participates in our BONUS program after the probationary period.
