- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services to enhance the guest experience - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
