Position Overview:
As a Bartender at Blue Sunday Bar and Grill, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' dining experience.
You will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, wine, and other beverages, ensuring that every drink is expertly prepared and presented.
Your passion for mixology, attention to detail, and commitment to providing top-notch customer service will set the tone for our guests' visit.
Key
Responsibilities:
Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and beverages to guests, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our beverage offerings, including wine, spirits, and signature cocktails.
Provide excellent and personalized customer service, offering recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and serving beverages.
Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Engage with guests, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere in the bar area.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and accurately process guest checks.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.
RAMP certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness.
