We have offices in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, Highland Park, New Jersey and College Park, Georgia.
We are looking for someone who has brought in new business for Lumping & Staffing.
This is for someone with a go-getter personality.
We specialize in Warehouse workers and Production workers from Temp, to Temp to Perm, and Direct Hire employees as well as providing Container Unloading/Loading services.
Duties:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the warehousing industry with a focus on Lumping & Staffing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Provide ongoing account management and support to existing clients - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Experience:
- Proven experience in lumping & staffing sales - Strong business development skills with a track record of successful sales growth - Previous experience in outside sales or account management preferred - Fluent in Spanish is a plus - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission.
Weekly travel reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement will be provided.
