Coordinate and maintain consistent workflow of all office tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, copying, scanning, and filing, preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Perform office management duties, including ordering and inventory of all supplies, including uniforms etc.
Ensure that office operating costs are within budgetary constraints.
Create, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents.
Responsible for timekeeping functions for office employees.
Track and disseminate changes and updates to policies and procedures.
Make recommendations to improve and streamline office functions.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Provide operational support, when applicable.
Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)Be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
Punctuality and precision.
Schedule flexibility for holidays, overtime, and weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary:
$45,000Annual Performance BonusMonday - Friday (9AM-5PM)Holidays off12 PTO & 5 Paid Sick TimeHealth Insurance:
