Our client in the financial industry is currently seeking a Sr Network Engineer to lead a team of 3.
This position will take complete ownership for managing, operating, and documenting the company's core network infrastructure and branch locations.
This individual will also help support the network security infrastructure and equipment.
Duties include configuration, operation, and system life cycle of production network devices, management of data circuits, and implementation of new equipment and technologies.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation projects and deployment of new locations, equipment, and technologies.
Review, audit, and remediate network devices for compliance with security standards.
Maintain and update network equipment with software patches and firmware updates to insure reliability, performance and up to date security.
Maintain and update documentation and diagrams for all network devices and services.
Take lead of the network system life cycle efforts and perform proactive maintenance.
Mentoring/Training Qualifications & Requirements:

years of hands-on networking experience Complex experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNsHeavy Firewall experience including Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Cisco Nexus 9300 series in the Data Center- multi-site vxLAN Fabric Cisco security tools including ISE, Amp, Fire Power, UmbrellaLAN/WAN infrastructure and call center environmentsContact:
