Training and Development Associate

Our client in Bucks County is seeking a Training and Development Associate. Training and Development Associate will be responsible for developing, delivering and coordinating training within all divisions of the company. This position works closely with all departments to identify needs and opportunities for additional training and development. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts (SME) to provide input for course content
Identify, communicate, and execute training strategies throughout the organization
Assist in the development and deliver training content across HR/management functions and disciplines
Identify training gaps and additional training opportunities within the organization
Provide support, guidance and leadership to the Training Team and Operations Trainers
Manage and evaluate 3rd party training partners and opportunities
Manage Training and Development Programs across the organization with a focus on effectiveness and continuous improvement
Track training metrics via existing database
Manage the maintenance of accurate records of training content, dates and attendees
Develop strategies and tools for measuring the impact of various training programs
Responsible for providing training and development status updates to leadership
Manage the development, training and execution of a Succession Planning and Performance Management Programs
Coordinate training and development activities with the District, Regional and Divisional entities of the organization
Manage and direct the effective use of eLearning activities
Participate in Corporate HR projects
All other duties as assigned


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required
3-5 years related experience
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
Excellent writing skills
Detail orientated and very organized
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
Comfort level in interacting with all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage timelines and deadlines
Ability to travel to facilities nationwide up to 15-20%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
