The Opportunity
A successful Home Service Inspector will be trained to:
+ Be the Subject Matter Expert on effective ways to protect customers residential investments utilizing Okin?s products and services
+ Inspect residences interior and exterior
+ Make sales presentations to customers by explaining the problem and answer questions
+ Walk the customer through the process and set expectations
+ Schedule sales appointments with customers through internal leads and prospecting

Job Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ A background in sales or customer service is highly desirable
+ Self-starter who works independently
+ Pass applicable state license requirements
+ Clean driving record, pass pre-employment screenings, drug test, and physical

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
