Accounts Receivable Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • The timely and accurate processing of all documentation related to invoicing, billing and the application of payments and credits.
  • Access various Bank websites to track EFT, ACH, & other wire transfer transactions on a daily basis.
  • Working under the guidance of the AR Manager and Director of Financial Services to provide support to HCSG s sale and operations team as well as to HCSG s clients.
  • Working with the Financial Services group to provide support to ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable.
  • The ability to process data within time constraints in a fast paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to provide support to other members of the team as needed.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate quality work;
  • On-site regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to function professionally and maturely in a highly interactive work environment that changes day to day.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to manage projects and deadlines.
  • Other duties, as assigned, critical to the efficient operation of the accounts receivable team s objectives.
  • Strong IT skills and, specifically, proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, VLOOKSUPS, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in accounts receivable, as a teller/banking capacity, general accounting and/or cash application or other relevant experience.
  • College degree.
  • Consistently embodies the characteristics necessary to drive the Company s Purpose, Vision, Values, and DNA.

  • Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate effectively with partners.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
